PRODUCT NOTES
The Checkerboard Waffle Tee by Notes Running features a fresh, technical aesthetic that still feels and fits true to the classic Noted Cotton tee. If you've never worn a cotton Noted Cotton tee, it fits slightly boxy, and is spacious around the shoulders and armpits. The Checkerboard Waffle structure is formed by a unique knit construction using specially sourced polyester. The note is embroidered on because some notes don't deserve to be worn off.
WEAR AND FEEL
The Checkerboard Waffle material is best worn in cooler to mildly temperate climates but can be worn on the hottest of days. Josh tested this tee extensively in Seoul during the summer months and also in the heat waves of France and remained comfortable.
The Checkerboard Waffle has a lovely soft hand feel, moderate stretch, and drys quickly. Presenting in off white, our Checkerboard Waffle Tee can be dressed up into an effortless streetwear aesthetic, worn for easy jogs, or stripped back for an elegant fit.
Externally you'll notice distinctive waffle grid-like texture. When naming the fabric, we thought about "noughts and crosses" but settled on "checkerboard" because it is a game that you're likely to sit around for a long time. The Checkerboard Waffle allows air to circulate and wicks moisture away from the skin making it perfect for longer outings.
Internally, the inside of the Checkerboard Waffle remains smooth and can be worn without friction.
