Shipping, Taxes & Duties
Duties and taxes are included in your order total. Shipping is calculated at checkout, no surprise fees on delivery.
Our garments are made and shipped from China.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
All timeframes are approximate and run from the date of dispatch.
Australia & New Zealand:
6–10 days
Asia Pacific:
China & Hong Kong: 2-4 days
India: 8–10 days
Indonesia: Approx. 22 days
Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan & Thailand: 6–10 days
North America:
Canada & United States: 6–10 days
United Kingdom

Europe:
Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Portugal & Spain: 10–14 days
Finland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden & Switzerland: 6–10 days

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive two tracking numbers.
The first begins with NSS, this tracks your parcel from our warehouse all the way to your destination country. The second is your last-mile tracking number, found inside the NSS link, and follows your parcel from the local carrier to your door.

Lost, Stolen & Missing Parcels
Parcels go missing. It's rare, but it happens, and we want to be upfront about how we handle it.
Parcel Protection
When you check out, you'll have the option to add parcel protection to your order. It covers your parcel if it's lost in transit, stolen after delivery, or damaged on arrival. We recommend it.
Lost in Transit
If your tracking shows no movement for 7 or more business days after your estimated delivery date, reach out to us at hey@notesrunning.com with your order number and tracking details. We'll investigate with our carrier and do our best to help.
Delivered but Missing
Check your tracking first. Parcels marked as delivered are sometimes left with a neighbour, in a communal area, or tucked somewhere out of sight.
If it's been marked delivered but genuinely hasn't arrived, contact us. Once a parcel is confirmed delivered, responsibility for the order has been fulfilled on our end. If you added parcel protection at checkout, you're covered. If you didn't, we'll do our best, but we can't guarantee a replacement.
If you're in an area with a history of parcel theft, the protection option at checkout exists for exactly this reason.
