Returns & Exchanges
At Notes Running, we want you to love your gear as much as we love making it.
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re happy to offer an exchange for a different item of equal value, subject to stock availability.
To initiate an exchange, please email support@notesrunning.com. Once approved, we’ll provide the return address. After the item is received and inspected, your replacement will be shipped at your expense.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original resalable condition, including tags, packaging, and any accessories. Returns must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.
If the item you’re looking to exchange for is no longer available, we’ll issue a store credit for the value of the returned item.
Please ensure your return is securely packaged so it arrives safely and in original condition.
Refunds
Due to the limited nature of our releases, we’re unable to offer refunds unless the item is faulty.
